What does pochemuchka mean?
pochemuchka (почемучка) is a Russian word which roughly translates as a person who asks too many questions. You pronounce it like počemúčka.
The word relates to a Russian children’s book (Что я ви́дел; Što ja vídel, What I saw), which tells the story of a child who was given the nickname Alyosha Pochemuchka because he was never satisfied with the answers he got.
